A recent cable program, Asbestos on the Shoreline, on Marge's Corner in Highland Park, IL is an interview by Marge Howard with Paul Kakuris, the President of Illinois Dunesland Preservation Society and Jeffery Camplin, Dunesland's asbestos health and safety expert engineer. The program exposes the massive asbestos contamination on the Illinois shoreline that has been covered-up by many local, state, and federal officials who are charged to enforce environmental regulations and protect the public's health and safety.
This willful cover-up by public officials, jeopardizing the public, is difficult to comprehend, but the evidence is indisputable. The public is being duped by "rigged," so-called "scientific" studies which attempt to conceal the wrong-doing of public officials.
Why? How? Many of these public officials were responsible for the actual discharge or dumping into our precious water supply in the first place and now they are in higher positions to cover it up! They are supposed to enforce regulations, not give polluters a pass or contribute to the problem themselves!
CHECK YOUR CABLE CHANNEL
Please check your local public access channel for future scheduled showings of Marge's Corner. In Highland Park, IL it will show on channel 10. In most other suburbs, it will be on channel 19.
